Madico Charcool Tinting in Huntington

Hey guys,

I know this is kind of a long shot, but has anyone gone to Campbell Tinting in Huntington Beach? They have the Madico Proline Charcool that I want since it's non metallic and has the highest heat rejection of all the non-metal and non-ceramic films I could find. $450ish for Huper or F1 Pinnacle was too much, but I'm getting Madico's Charcool for $195 with them, and the vinyl strip for the dots on the top of the rear window for an additional $40. Btw, Proline is also their computer cutting system. Any thoughts on Madico Charcool? Is the price good for it?

Talked to them before, if that's not "bargained" price, then you can always bargain with them, I got it down to 165 with them before I went else where for Llumar. If you paying 195, that's a good price IF AND only IF the vinyl strip IS included.

I went to TINT Shop in Northridge, the did my coupe in Madico TG non metalic for $130. (I have a Valentine 1) When I asked about Charcool he said that they carry it an would do it for about $135 for sides and rear.

This was my first tint, so not really an expert, but I think they did a great job, took about 2 hours. They also have a lifetime guarantee.

Uh ya, in any event, I would double check that the tint is the same tint that he is talking about, cause $60 cheaper is quite a difference eh...

Yeah, Charcool is the type of film they use. Proline is the way they cut the film. If just got the Charcool film it would probably be cheaper, but since they're using the proline system, it should be a more precise cut.

I've gone to a place in Monrovia that did my fronts with Madico Charcool for $60, I figure a whole car (4 windows and rear) would be $175.

I got the same tint on my car. Madico Charcool for $150 and they came to my work to do it. I got it done by Wintech which is located in Costa Mesa. I'm sure they'd be able to beat campbell's prices.

Their website is:
