There have been numerous threads about how certain tint shops deal with the dot matrix on the back window. It turns out that a lot a shops make you sign something that states that you understand that the dot matrix area will have problems and that their warranty will not cover it.
Is there a shop near OC that will undoubtedly do a perfect job with the dot matrix?

 

if u wana come to the valley area (626) they can do perfect rear dot matrix but the 1/4 panel mirrors arnt 100% like 97% u can probably press the rest with a card or something but yeah..

 

How do they do the rear? Do they use vinyl?

Try the Tint Pros (www.thetintpros.com) in Costa Mesa.

Also, A-1 Pro Tint in Santa Monica does a terrific job.

 

Do any of the shops you mentioned guarantee against any imperfections on the dot matrix areas?

 

he doesnt use that solution on customers cause its not "perfected" hes a friend of mine so i was one of the cars he used to test it out.. works pretty well but for some reason the film still doesnt do a 100% job on the quarter panel window matrix.. iono why.. but yeah not guaranteed but its better then what most shops without vinyl does.. and the front windows are filed down
