Ditto... I was going to suggest the same thing. Stay in Cambria and visit Hearst Castle... If you have an extra day or two drive up Hwy 1 to Carmel - even if you don't stay up there the drive is awesome! Bitchen views and nice turns... great for driver and passenger!

Rosarito,

Stay at the Rosarito beach hotel. they have a spa package that's cheaper than the ones in the states, hit up Puerto Nuevo for some Lobster dinner(inexpensive) just make sure to go to the Puerto Nuevo #1 rest.

For night life you can head out to the Clubs or the bars down there.

Breakfest, hit up the El Nido rest. good atmosphere, good food
