If you wanna go all out, stay at the "Little Sur Inn" in Cambria, request a 2nd floor ocean view room, and go to Hearst one day, and a limo "wine tour" the second day. . .I know a few good vineyards up there. :-) (Norman, Justin, just to name a few!) Good Luck!

Ditto... I was going to suggest the same thing. Stay in Cambria and visit Hearst Castle... If you have an extra day or two drive up Hwy 1 to Carmel - even if you don't stay up there the drive is awesome! Bitchen views and nice turns... great for driver and passenger!Originally Posted by Drewer

Rosarito,
Stay at the Rosarito beach hotel. they have a spa package that's cheaper than the ones in the states, hit up Puerto Nuevo for some Lobster dinner(inexpensive) just make sure to go to the Puerto Nuevo #1 rest.
For night life you can head out to the Clubs or the bars down there.
Breakfest, hit up the El Nido rest. good atmosphere, good food
