hey, I already did twice....just use double side tape
with really shorty bolts and nuts and one license plate frame( I used about 1/2 inch one or/and 3/4 ones). ...make it look like it has nailed on the bumper
I drove about 15 miles to go to highway patrol..for my second time...
my first time I had different double side tape, I was even able to drive for more than a week.....you won't have any paint peeling problem...
Just in case, put it on,, and take it off after you get stamp from police...

Gook luck..

I got a front license plate ticket on my old Lexus IS...When I went to the CHP to get it written off, the b*tcha$$ officer saw my rear tint and then asked me to roll up my front windows, at which point he saw my front limo tint...He started yelling and said, "I'm not writing this ticket off until you come back with no front tint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Reedam to CHP vah hameh poleese!!!!!!!!

Can't you just use plastic tie-wraps or something to attach it, you can cut them off right after.

No cause cops aren't THAT stupid. Thats an obvious temp fix...they need to see bolts. Now since our cars don't come with holes, the double sided tape works.
