Dude, serioursly get checked out...
Man, with "soft-tissue" injuries, you usually can't tell there is something "wrong" with you until later. Most of the time the injuries are severe discomfort and aches but the whole idea behind the laws of compensation are "to make you whole again."
You should seriously get checked out be a doctor, or the very least, a chiropractor if you start feeling sore.
And, I'm guessing that cop screamed and yelled at you because she felt like and idiot and wanted to blame you for her stupidity. Pulling over to the left OR right, she was obviously following you WAY TOO CLOSE.

to sue the state is tuff, but note no doctor in the world can prof that your neck does not hurt, just remeber to say its hurts where your head meets your neck and use word little around there. I know this INS of the lady that rear ended my friend paid him i one shot 300k , she worked for the state. took time they had him see four docs and one said in court there is no way say he does not feel pain in his neck even with mri and x ray and live scan there are to many little bones and nerv endings there.
