Question Fixing my CF hood

hey guys, I need MAAAAAD help. Ok I have a CF hood and its starting to fade. I know the best solution is buy a new one BUT I wanna work on this one cause there is hope. The clear coat on it right now is off and it white milky spots are being left on the hood. It looks BEAUTIFUL right after a car wash when its still wet but when ist dry its NASSSTY! Anywa if anyone knows a good cheap body shop(no more than $100) in S. Cal that can fix it for me or if anyone has the same problem, please let me know what you did. Ive used a few diff waxes and crap but nothing works. Thanks in advanced guys

yea so the clearcoat is gone. Do you have a picture of it? show me, i think the easiest way to solve this is just barely sand it down so you get rid of all the clearcoat and then just spray a brand new layer of clear coat

caskyline thank you very much for a lead. I will give them a call and hopefully they can do it for me. Rashman, your right about the sanding and clearcoat but I dont trust myself doing it. Atleast if a shop does it and screws up, ill make em buy me a new hood...haha . GeeImFast, Life is not a joke so get serious(khus ukhta ya kalb)lol. DriftGT350, good luck and hope you fine a nice clean one for cheap.

Jimmy thanks for the offer but ill pass... lol as*hole! Arash I will be sure to check out it out. CASKYLINE, I called autoworks and I talked Estevan to do it for $100.. haha he started at 150 which isnt bad at alll. Anyway I think I may take my ride there but not 100% sure. Its a little far but that would be dic* to not take it there considering I I did talk the guy down. I dont have a spare hood so I would have to leave my car there which I dont want to do. ANYONE WANNA LEND ME A HOOD!??!?!? I dont care what color...
