Saw a black coupe on 405 heading north around South Coast plaza area. 12/18/05 6:45PM. I was speeding during the traffic hours and this black coupe started to chase me. we had some fun time... trying to beat the traffic by cut through other cars. Later on, I was disappointed, when he decided not to cut throught traffic and took the easiest way 'car pool' to pass me. I still cut throught traffic and catched up to him. but no motivation anymore. blah :'(

But, it was fun i guess. first time race with same car,

 

I also met a black G35 on the freeway while driving north on the 55, it was right after I got on the 55 from the 405 when I saw him at around midnight a couple nights ago. He started reving his car, sounded really loud so I'm guessing that he has a borla exhaust, then he just took off, he had no emblems except for the Infiniti logo on the rear, never saw him again, just wondering who it was. If it's you reading this, I'm the guy with the Diamond Graphite G35 with the SKYLINE and 350GT emblems/badges on it.

 

i drive around the 405/55/south coast plaza area quite a lot. i've got a black G....i don't do much racing or chasing on the fwy, unless its unintentional cuz thats just how i drive when i'm in a hurry. i do have an exhaust but its not a borla...if its got a loud almost v8ish bubble then its my tanabe

it was probably my 5AT with stock exhaust, Ztube and Melon air freshner for extra horsepower.

 

I'm on the 405 n/s all the time, but I never get to see any Gs. Anyone else live in West LA?

 

I work right around the 405/55 intersection and see at least 10 Gs everyday. So many around that area...

 

was the G wingless and tinted windows? and do you drive a DG G? lol

ive been on the 405 goin every couple of weeks to get my car washed at costa mesa inf. usually on the weekend. its free so why not. got 06 blk g 6mt.

 

Just so you know, i brought my car there for a window problem and after they fixed it, the car wash company they use took a MP3 disc i had in my changer and a new pack of gum out of my center armrest.

Yes, they are small items that have little to no value, but it DID happen. I complained to the service department and said they would look into it.

After a day, i called back to see if anyone fessed up. Ofcourse no one did, so they fired everyone there and brought in a new cleaning crew.

NO THEY DIDN'T!!! For a cd and a pack of gum? Damn Damon...how are they going to find work for $5.00 now? haha

 

That's what they told me. Well they didn't say fired... but they contract out the cleaning duties to a company, and the verbiage they used was that they, "replaced the current crew with a new crew." Whatever. That's their own damn fault.

 

guess you gotta watch your stuff in your car. can happen at any car wash. sorry to hear that. it sux
