Sell the toe kit separately? Would it have the same effect as the SPC toe bolts without having to modify the factory arm's adjustment range w/ a dremel?

I realized the difference shortly after I posted last night. Looks like toe arms are for use with true coilovers since they replace the lower arms that the factory coils would normally be seated into.
