In this particular case, this looks like a legitimate (if information-filled) response to a WTB thread specifically looking for Teins.

(though I do notice he's spammed the fawk of of several other threads and so will likely be turfed soon, LOL)

My advice: Approach with caution.

 

I don't know about you, but I also received a completely random PM with this same...uh...advertisement I guess from post #3. Not sure if other members experienced the same thing.
