Exclamation Please help with tunning

Does anyone know of a place too take my G to get it tune? And also how much would it run for? I have talked to a couple of people and they say that tunning is a must it would get alot of the hiding power on the G is true?

Are you boosted? Or N/A? What are you looking to get done?

Tuning is mostly done to boosted cars. Most of the N/A folks run spacers, exhausts, Cold Air intakes....

Best tuner in town to talk to is Johnny Tran of Jtran Studio here's his number 936-588-3735

I'm running a 1/2 spacer ,a z-tube combo, and under-drive pulleys. Ima keep it n/a bc i been looking at maybe putting a stroked kit on it. Do you think with the few mods that I have and tunning, my car would make 300+?

If I were you I would wait till you finish up your performance mods like exhaust, and ECU then get a tune.... Def invest in a ECU before you get a tune

Like what CJ said. Get a ECU - preferably UTEC by TurboXS.

With what you have you won't hit 300+ even with a tune. This is why most people go Supercharger or some form of Turbo.

Not to mention it would cost you more in the long run to do a complete N/A setup cams and all.

What I suggest is you go get your car on the dyno and see what your car is really pushing to the wheels. Then you can assess what you want to do from there.

Yeeesh! At that point it's not even worth it. May as well get a faster car to begin with.

I think what were seeing in the OP's question is a typical mistake most people make. Lots of aftermarket companies make claims of adding +10hp and whatnot with their products. And most people add that number to what is in the car brochure.

I wish my car was pushing the full 280hp that the manufacturer states but when it's on the dyno it's more 220-240(if lucky)
