like ahero said, difference in handling is subjective - some who never driven a car with a front strut bar may feel a big difference, while some say that it feels the same

Yes it is confirmed. Just have to take off the motor before you put on the mount plate, then just connect the motor back.

again, like ahero helped me answer....it'll fit no problem - just no engine cover for you =) and as for a addition to the stillen sways, any additional component that increases the rigidity of the chassis is always nice to have

my coworker left early for the day without telling me. I told him about the strut bar and we were going to test fit - but he ran out. Will do it at lunch tomorrow

lol, richie - to be more specific...

the bar itself was never test fitted on an 07 sedan. the reason being that the strut bar mounts would not even fit correctly - they must've redesigned the new sedan more than i would've guessed.

Anyone try this with a Seibon TS hood?

Any way to get the old satin finish instead of polished?

Yea, that wouldn't be a problem. I'll just trade with you if you want the old satin finish.

Richie, I just installed your strut bar. But its the version 1. I have it on the lowest setting cuz I have not put on the 5/16 spacer yet. But it seems as if the bar is actually touching the hood. I stuck a piece of gum on it and it got stuck to the hood. Is tis normal or what?

imo, it was a subtle difference. however, now that i've driven with it...i think it would feel a little "off" if i drove without it.
+1 totally agree

This is normal. Same thing happened with my bar. I bought V1 and with the bar set all the way down w/o a spacer, the bar is barely rub the lining. It won't effect the performance and won't pop the hood up or anything so I didn't think it was a big deal. But hey...to each their own.
