I am new to this forum, I have a 2003 G35 Sedan. Anyone from houston have any experience with any of the Houston infiniti dealerships? I was thinking of taking it to the dealership to have it checked out but don't want bend over backwards for unnecessary maintenance.

 

Northside Infiniti service isnt really that great.

 

i had a good experience at the Clear Lake Infiniti.

 

I had a bad time with north side. PLAce I would not recc

 

I had called the Clear lake one, and I asked them how much it would be to get my car checked out, and the guy there said it was free. Is that normal? That sounds a little shady to me.

 

What do you want checked out?

 

I have had no-few issues with West Houston Infiniti, stay away from SouthWest Infiniti!

 

Well, I dont know if there is anything wrong with my car, thats why I wanted to have it looked at to see if there is anything wrong with it.

 

IMO i HATE west houston infiniti. Been there three times and i've sworn to never go back. I just keep doing it b/c it's really close to where i live...but now i don't mind the drive to the northside for good customer service.

I like north houston....and i only deal with one person. But like i said, just my opinion

Go to West Houston Infiniti and speak with Norman in service. If Norman is not available, speak to Joe, if he is still there. They get everything done to either of the G35 sedans I USE to have.

Just tell Norman that Stephen referred ya. Wait. That might make things worse. LOL...... j/k Norman will do what ya need done.
