Pretty sure this just pertains to '05-'06 6MT's. Can anyone confirm this difinitively?
Also I got my car back yesterday, new shortblock, so I'll keep you all posted on how she does! I'm going back in another 1K to see if the oil issue has been solved. Also props to Infiniti of Tacoma @ Fife, they replaced my belts and my throwout bearing while it was in pieces and the car feels so much smoother on the clutch

^They've been known to revise existing TSB's, happens often. The long-block TSB I know of and posted on other thread is its third revision.
Agree, dealers HATE when customers are knowledgeable and have access to TSB's. Takes the wind out of their sails and can't BS the customer...as bad, but many still try lol. I kept a copy in my back pocket every time I came back during my OC testing. I countered them many times with their BS games/excuses....long story short I finally won per 'their' TSB guidelines. The irony
Hoping your replacement is a winner

This is not really clear to me. So I just call the dealer and tell them i want to have my car checked. (i have an o7 with At and about 51K on it. No mods as of yet) So after they test the OC.. if the car fails the test do they replace my motor with the same style motor or do they give me an improved motor?

I have heard of some people having the OC issue with auto trans but is not that common.
Just check ur oil level yourself.
The hassle of taking in your car and trusting that the dealership will be straight with you is very unlikely.
I would still love to know what % of revup 6mt Gs have the OC problem.
I've never been able to find this out in my research.
