I think I have a bad power dristribution unit my cars start when is wants and when is does headlight turn off on when they want ac turns off radio does also it reads key I lost when it wants ivd checked all fuses and plugs there some to be fine I got a new battery and still the same way not sure if I should spend the money and the problem won’t get fixed anyone else have experienced this problem

 

Sounds like a wet IPDM, it's the big fuse box next to the battery.

Disconnect the battery, disconnect the IPDM, take a picture of the fuse/relay layout on the IPDM, disassemble it COMPLETELY and look for moisture inside it, yes that means take off the back half cover so you're down to the circuit board.

If it's wet put it in a bag of rice to dry it out just like you would do with a wet cell phone, when you reassemble it make 100% sure the front cover snaps on properly.

Then fix the cowl drains so it doesn't spill water on the IPDM, the cowl drain is notorious for plugging up with debris.
