I'm not familiar with the Cobb but as for what's out there the UTEC is awesome. May be a bit of overkill for what you have but would be good even if you ever go FI.

Cobb's AccessPORT allows you to reprogam your ECU at will with several different pre-loaded maps (max preformance, economy, anti-theft, stock, etc.), as often as you like, and it connects through your diagnostic port. Unlike TechnoSquare, you don't have to ship your ECU off to Cali and hope that it actually works (i.e., makes a difference) when you get it back. Plus, with our learning ECUs, you can re-load the map any time you want without having to disconnect your battery for 12 hours. The added flexibility and true ability to revert back to a stock mapping for dealer servicing is well worth the extra $200, IMO. StreetTUNER is for those a bit more adventurous and comfortable with their tuning abilities, as it allows you to custom-tune your own map via a laptop computer, while your car is running. Check out www.cobbtuning.com for specifics (you'll have to look under Subaru, as the Nissan/Infiniti info isn't up yet).
