I'm not a tuner, so I can't offer any specific advice. But I would get somebody with more experience to look at the car/tune as soon as possible.
A P0300 is a Multiple Cylinder Misfire.
I can't find P2A03 in the FSM. A quick google shows that for some Toyota models, a P2A03 indicates a failure in the bank 2 a/f sensor.
