UTEC FTW!!!

It allows you to modify fuel and timing based on boost or RPM.

Depends on what you want to do... I really don't see much point to the UTEC for NA now that Osiris exists.

Do a search for 'UTEC' and for 'Osiris' and read up on a few threads - there's tons of info already posted.

That is true, there are a number of other options if you stay N/A. But if you have plans to boost it get a UTEC or better (HKS, AEM).

That is probably true at this moment, but after UpRev's Tuner Kit is released, it might be a different story.

The Tuner Kit will let Tuners tune an NA G the same way they would tune with a UTEC... plus a flash tune can raise the speed limiter... change the RPM limit... and reprogram the electronic throttle control. ...plus you don't have to buy a UTEC and cram it in under your dash.

Additionally, a flashed ECU will not learn/unlearn anything. It will always be learning to your desired tune.

From the researching I'm doing, I've found this: The Uprev Osiris is only tuned at WOT, and the UTEC only takes over at WOT.

My concern is that I'm not always at WOT when I drive. I would like something tunable like the UTEC, but I'm not boosted yet so something like the Greddy eManage would be a bit overkill. So right now, the Osiris and any fuel controller sounds like a better option. But would the Osiris keep my ECU from adapting to and overriding my APEXi fuel controller?
