No chips. They dont work so dont waste your money. Our engines were built well out of the factory so theres no hidden hp expect for the plenum spacers and z tubes.

Even with the cobb AP, the G35 isnt detuned much from factory like keff said so there arent many gains that can be achieved from just a tuning stand point.

I dont believe this, many car companies make cars especially new ones run very rich from the factory, and dont run agressive timing to show the REAL power of a car, not to mention the restrictive headers, and stock exhausts that come on stock cars.

I am sure if you get a freeflowing exhaust, mated to a well designed longtube headers for the G' tuned on a stand alone, you can pull TONS of power more than stock numbers.

I personally think the AT5 should/would benefit greatly from some sort of tune. It just shifts so soft and lazily. Any recomendations to remedy this?

Notice that I didn't mention any other mods in the context of my post since the OP didn't. I said that there isn't much to be gained just from a tuning stand point but if you were to add other mods then tune, then you may achieve some significant gains. But there is no chip like on the Ford's where the tuning alone will yield significant gains.

if you want a more aggressive shift in an auto, you can do a valve body Upgrade, its like $350-$450, and is def worth it. I had it done on my maxima which was an auto.

I was thinking about this for awhile. Do you have a link to buy the upgrade valve body?

Or you can buy a Grounding kit from SxExCx aka Sean who is selling them right now in the Group Buy for 90 shipped. Its said to help with quicker shift. Nothing like what the Valve body upgrade would do but still a noticeable improvement.

I had Mine done on the maxima, at http://www.maximumtuning.net/index.html

it was around 450, and they added a tranny cooler. Id recommend going w/ a stage 2 Valve body mod.
