I have a 05' G35 6MT with mods listed below. What gains would I see and do you recommend a dyno+tune from Osiris...I live in Houston? Also, my car is still under warranty...will messing with the ECU affect this? Thanks.

There are plenty of before and after dynos of our cars tuned with Osiris with very simliar mods to what you have. Search around in this sub-forum (tuner & dyno). Not sure about how this would affect the warranty. Most people who decide to do a full dyno tune wait until that have all of their bolt-ons they plan on installing. Do you plan on running headers or HFC's/test pipes down the road? if so then you would have to re-tune your car to gain the most out of the additional mods.

Alternatively you can opt for Osiris standard which will provide tunes based on data you log yourself using supplied cable and software. This way you can have the car re-tuned just by simply loading a file from uprev with your new tune they make for you. this is the cheaper route and I would recommend if you are limited to modding based on your funds. This way you can still have a good tune on your car with multiple maps and if you decide to get the car tuned on a dyno down the road, all you would be paying is the shop for the dyno/tuning time.
