drop the kinetix get a normal spacer.. I did a intake dyno comparison and that manifold lost power on both NA and FI applications compared to a normal spacer.

Which version of the plenum did you test? as i don't see it in your charts. Also it would have to make a BIG difference for me to remove a part i paid for and to buy another part.

232awhp with a stock catback is not bad from what I can see. For comparision the other g35x we did made less power with header/intake/exhaust .

Really we seen power gains with that on a boosted 350z

well I did a before and after dyno same strapping no other changes and it lost power compared to my plenum setup (5/8 spacer and ported manifold) it didn't really loose peak, but the power came in later which was annoying.

So I have 2 questions right now I was like you, spending here and there for little mods but eventually going Supercharger just like you... Well first question is that I have 5/16 plenum,Jwt pop/ztube Kinetix HFC and eventually getting a catback stillen or Megan racing not sure yet, transgo shift kit and finally a tune from what i'm reading from you is that you only made 246whp??? Does that mean I'm only going to make about 250 after everything on my car is on??? Second question is it possible to supercharge my 05 g35x sedan? I want vortech to! After all this before FI Im going to spend $3000 or so if not more

Boost changes everything. What may have lost power (or given little gains) on an NA car may not be the case with positive manifold pressure.

full exhaust with HFC shud give you much better gains. the exhaust system in our cars is where the most restriction is

good stuff. Stock and slightly modded with 5/16 i went 14.8x@ 92, i'm going once the weather stops being bi-polar.

I just got my car tuned. I'll post things up after i get my emails and etc.

I got 229 or 239awhp. MD 5/16, HFC, coupe mid, Rev-up airbox and Z-Tube. Tuning got me about 10-15hp over a e-tune. So maybe i pulled 15-25hp over stock. I never got a completely stock baseline just a baseline of my old e-tune.

i dont have proof it does work. But a larger velocity in theory would increase power by a little bit. I'm on stock cheap $10 paper filters. I got the part for cheap, they put it on a higher HP rating motors for some reason. Just no solid proof.
