Piggy back Unichip!

Oh man my cousin had just intsalled a unichip on his g35, Power is great! I like it alot because its a piggy back chip you dont have to reprogram your ecu
like techno square does. If you dont like the chip just unplug it and it restores back the way it was berfore. No joke really its gives atleast 15 or more rwhp. If you dont believe me check it out at www.airpowersystems.com

Yeah, this would be the first and only record of unichip producing a hp gain on a G. Not likely.

take it easy fellas - he's entitled to his opinion. I have a good idea that he's not here selling a product (cause he supplied a broken link!!! haha).

Well, at least it does bring up a good point for me. I have been meaning to ask if there is a chip that works for the G - saw a few on enay when browsing G stuff. So nothing actually works for this car?

Thanks.

Those quote "chips" you see on Ebay are just a load of BS. The vendors on there put these little things under a bunch of different names such as "power modules, chip, etc etc" but they're essentially the same thing. Its basically a resistor attached to the MAF that "modifies" the signal making the engine believe its recieving cooler air when in actually its not. They do much more harm then good and can seriously damage your wiring and engine. Don't mess with them at all. If you want to modify the ECU, go with eithier the Technosquare or AlteredAtmosphere ECU Reflash or a Unichip Piggyback ECU attachment. There are no "chips" available in the traditional sense like what you're thinking.

Nope, the website is just wrong. Don't forget the .au at the end of the .com.
