Ipod connection cables

Im picking up my black on black g35x tommorow and was wondering if the dealer supplies you with the cables to connect your ipod to the av inputs, or if you have to buy them yourslef, would appreciate it if someone could get back to me asap..thanks

There are a few IPod integration kits you can get. Nissan makes one that you could get from the dealer.

No, you have to buy them. Do a search for iPod, you'll find many threads - some of use the Belkin charger / line out adapter, plus a Radio Shack ground loop interrupter.

I personally dislike iPods. I have a Zen Micro which was cheaper and has way more functions. Except that since most people iPods, there are no cables that lets me play songs and charge the damned thing at the same time.

I am considering getting an iPod but 6 mp3 discs can hold a lot of songs...

Right now, I use a Y-cable... the headphone jack at one end and the RCA on the other end. Works like a charm.

I don't think you can play mp3 discs in the changer.

DONT GIVE IN! I use a Zen Vison M, its GREAT! And no, the changer doesnt play MP3s, only the single disc in the front.

If you have the 6 CD in dash changer then it does play MP3 discs.
