I just bought a 2007 G35x today with 13k miles. The unit does not have sat radio. I traded a 2006 Audi A3 which had XM. I miss it! There is a button on the radio that says AUX. Can I take the car to a radio shop and have them install a Sat radio that will play and function thru the car controls? Any help would be great.

riverside or grubbs will have the best price on a sat rad reciever. very easy self install. reciever unit sits in the trunk and is plug and play.

You can get an external unit with an FM modulator that will play through your radio. You have to change the channels on your unit though.
