Question: Is it true that Infiniti has updates to most of their cars regarding the bluetooth system and navigation maps?

Reason behind question: Lately I have been having massive bluetooth problems and multiple phones aren't synching correctly to the car. Do I need a update? How do I get these updates? The dealership seems to have no idea about these updates (if they exist). Thanks for the help
