I am ok with the sound system itself on my 07 G35x, but I was wondering if there is an aftermarket touch screen with a higher resolution avaialble?
Any find a better touch screen for the dashboard?

 

There are aftermarket touchscreens out there that could fit in the dash but unfortunately there isn't a lot of information out there on getting them to work since you'd have to convert the stock video signals. A member on the FX board got an install done but won't give any information and one member here tried to get his working but couldn't. I'm not sure if the G37 screen or new M37 screens are higher res but that may be a better option since the wiring should be compatible.
