I have an 08 G35s.Can you just buy a cd to install it or is it a lot more difficult? Thanks!

 

Not exactly sure what you're asking here.
Does your car currently have NAV ?
Are you asking how to install a updated map (software) on a existing NAV system?
Or are you asking how to install a complete NAV system (hardware and software) into a car that didn't come with NAV?
