So ive been looking around the internet for months on information regarding the speaker size in my G35X with the Bose System. And found nothing not even sonic electronics nor cruchfield could help me lol. So I finally took initiative to remove some of them. There are 10 speakers in total. Sizes are as follows.
Front Dash: 3.5"
Front Driver and Passanger doors: 10" woofer, 2" tweeter and i did not remove the small one close to the window.
Back Doors are 6.5"
Rear Deck: 10" woofer.

I Finally upgraded my speakers and i can say its been a pain in the a**, . But i will make it work. Just incase anyone is looking in upgrading there speaker system

what may i ask has been your pain so far? i am getting ready to upgrade mine too. did you use sound deadener on the doors? just curious how your process was.

 

no sound deadener, just made custom mdf door mounts for the front driver and passenger speakers since i put in 6.5. and there were 10" in before. The rear speaker was painless until you get to the back liner there are 2 little pins that hold the liner in place i ended up just cutting them and it slid rite out.
I added 4 Sony XS-GT1638F 6-1/2, and a 10" Kicker CVR, 1000W Massive Amp.
Now im going to try to find a way to build a box for the sub so the bass wont escape all over the trunk.
