Talking Need help with Audiocontrol LC6i install Bose/no nav

So i need some help with this Lc6i, this bose amp is proving to be a problem.

I will be replacing the midrange and tweet in the front door and replacing my backdoor mids and powering them off of a PDX-F4

Midrange and tweet off of 1 and 2
rear mids off of 3 and 4

and using channel 3 on Lc6i for a sub line out

I plan on keeping the bose amp running for the center channel and door woofers.

So basically what i am asking is which wires do i need to run to the lc6i

sound signal Front LH and RH to channel 1 on the Lc6i for the most part i understand this fine.

but my main problem is listed below.

sound signal Rear door LH and RH AND sound signal rear LH RH to channel 2?

The woofer channel i understand

Thanks for reading guys and thanks for any input!!!
