Hi,
Sorry, Im new to the G35 Family and just purchased a 08 G35X. I was seriously considering putting 19" M45 rims on my G but didnt know if they would fit.

I had 2 questions for you since you sound like the person who knows what they are talking about. First, is there a difference between the 08 M35 and the 08 M45 rims? And second, will they fit on a 08 G35X? If they will fit, will I need any spacers or anything?

I appreciate your time. thanks.

dj

I'd like to know if you can fit the following wheels at all 4 corners of the 07+ G35x:

07+ G35 18" Sport Sedan (Rears)
08+ G37 19" Sport (Rears)

08 350 Z Grant Touring (Rears or Fronts)
08 350 Nismo (Rears or Fronts) Part# for pics=4030S-RN89210

Update the list with the following
03-04 sedan sport wheels fit the 07 G35S. I'm running those right now for winter wheels.

Sorry pal, for the X, you need to have all 4 whells the same width, so technically no staggered setup. Also the nismo will not fit an x model, since i looked into the nismo also, and if l remember correctly, the set of rims are staggered, and even if you can get (ie. all 4 front rims) the offset still will note work. if u want rims for the x, call up Chris @ F1 (see the marketplace) he hooked me up with some nice rims for my X.

Thanks for the advice.
But, I'm OEM or nothing on my daily driver.

I will do either A. or B. on my G35x.
A) OEM set of G35 rims from either a 07 G35 Sport Sedan or G37 Coupe
- or -
B) 4 of the same (4 front, or 4 rear) all the way around from an 07 G35 Sport Sedan or G37 Coupe.

Can anyone else verify if I can or cannot do either A. or B. ????

If I can't do either, I will just leave the stock OEM rims on my G35x.

Thanks for this list JayJay3452.

The 07 have a Journey package that is not an "X" and can be fitted with Sport model wheels, so I assume all wheels fitting the Sport models should also fit the Journey. The brakes(rotors) in the Journey is about 1" smaller in diameter.

Why haven't this been stickied?

I would go with 235/40, its a little wider tire so it has more rubber on the ground

That all depends on what kinda look you want.
235/40's have a side wall that measures 9.4 centimeters from rim to tread.

this might help
