Tommykaira Springs

Has anyone installed the Tommykaira springs(20mm front and rear drop) on their G35 07+ sedan? I'm looking for a minor drop of less than 1"...wonder how these compare to the IMPUL springs...can anyone comment on the quality, reputation, etc..?

These springs can be found on japanparts.com for $545 plus shipping.

I didn't even know they made springs .. but $545 sounds kinda steep.

Why are all the minimal drops so expensive???

I didn't know they made them either...on that price will be hard for anybody to take the plunge though.

I agree, price IS kind of steep...for an additional $1,300 I can get the ride height adjustable Bilstein coilovers.

I was given the following part number when searching for an 07' g35x(08 wasn't available).

Exactly. You can tell those are not for the 07+ sedans because the applications lists 03-07 G35. Tirerack had these listed for the 07 sedans for a short time, then took them off because they figured out they were not made for the 07 sedan.

Damn... that's some expensive spring..

I've heard that Tein is going to release 2 different types of coilover with EDFC compatibility. I guess I'll just wait for those to come out.
