18" wheels on '08 G35X

I recently leased an '08 G35X with the standard 17" wheels. I looked at the Xs, but the sport seats were not very comfortable for me and unfortunately I could not find a G35 X with just the 18" wheel and tires.

I am looking to pick up 18" OEM wheels, but wanted to know if all 4 needed to be the exact same size. It looks like the 18" wheels on the G35s have wider rear wheels than the front.

Will different size wheels on front and back screw up the AWD?

I read in another forum that the diameter should be the same for an AWD model. Are the diameters different on the 07/08 G35s 18" wheels?

Would the G37's OEM 19" wheels fit?

I have a 08 XS. It came with 18" rims, all tires are the same size. I recently picked up a set of 19" M45 Sport Rims, all the tire are the same size. Either of these 2 will work for you.

You cannot run staggered wheels on the AWD system.
The 18's that come on the AWD X model are not staggered.
They're 225/50R18's

Are you looking to sell the oem 18"s. I am guessing that I cannot fit the OEM 18"s from the non AWD G35s but the ones off of your xs would work fine.

I got a G35x that had the staggered 18" wheels because the dealer screwed up when he was swapping wheels on another vehicle for a buyer. I pointed out the potential problem with running on staggered wheels. The dealership agreed it was too risky even though no lights had come on and he replaced the rear 18s with a set of front 18s so they are now all the same.

I much prefer the look of the 18s on the car. He did not charge me for it since it was there mistake.

They are both (F & R) 7.5" They replaced the rear 18's that were 8.5" along with the tires so that they are now 225/50R18 all around.
