Grinding noise when braking

Hey guys,

I have a G35x 2007 and its been about a week since my car started to create a grinding noise when I break. It is very obvious around 5-10 mph. What could this be? It seems to be coming from the back of the car? The brake pads? Rotors? It isn't a squeaking noise, more of a low-high tone grinding noise. Thanks. Also, I have about 45K miles on it. If it is the pads or rotors, what is a reasonable price I should pay for the brakes and/or rotors? Thanks.
