Just something I saw on the E90 post ... extended bolts snapping off :S

Check it out:

Definately Version 2 spacers are in order for those who want spacers rather than Version 1 with extended bolts.. :S

OMG good thing he was still able to pull off of the freeway. I would be chitting bricks. LOL at the comment about who brings a full size jack with them.

Lol Wes you fool.
His OEM bolts were what broke off and they replaced them with extended bolts to drive home on.

Some of them are saying the OEM bolts were too short and that's why they snapped.

If he was not running spacers, they were oem bolts and this was normal casual driving not tracking. This can only happen a few ways.

Bolts were not on tight
Bolts were on too tight
Seat of the bolt holes for the Enkeis are thicker than oem wheels which made the bolts short

I'm gonna guess 1 of the first 2. If he has no problem with the other 3 wheels and the oem bolts its gonna be installation error. 1 or 2 loose and the vibration will/can sheer off the remaining studs/bolts.

Go to Z33, wheel, wheel accessories. http://www.splparts.com/main4/index.htm

That video sucks ballz.
