how to reset tpms?

My tpms light keeps coming on. I check all the tire pressure and they are fine. it will blink and stay lit. wtf is going on? i have stock tires and rims. i have an o8x. if i disconnect the battery will it turn off?

one of your TPMS's battery might be dead.

Maybe its goin bad? I have the same problem with my A6 ... My tpms is bad need a new one...
