oh noes, I just signed up for the 300$ hotchkis group buy, and now I just noticed your comment. My G feels sloppy around the corners, I didn't think it would mess up my ride going in a straight line, should I get out now?

Almost...
They guy I was talking to on the 370z forum was taking his sweet time answering my pm's on his forum so I just got my 370 springs last week. I will be shaving my rear spring mounts/seats this weekend and will be getting everything installed the following week!

I'd like to hear back on this too.

Eibachs aren't bad and close to a stock feel if you're on 17s with a nice 55 (or so) profile tire. But with my current setup on 20's 245/35 and 285/30 the ride is definitely much harsher than stock. I feel every little bump on the road but if you live in an area with decent roads it's not all that bad.

^ that's a good gauge to go by. To some degree, the stiffer sway bars acts as a way to unify the independent suspension. So, when one side moves, the other moves with it. On smooth roads, you'll track better (the main advantage of beam-type suspensions), but any dip will upset things more readily.

FWIW, i had the Eibach front sway, OEM rear sway and the 6pt brace. You feel the road more for sure. I took off the brace and the difference is very apparent... much softer. I throw this tidbit on here because the brace acts as a pseudo sway bar. I have had no reason to install the rear Eibach sway just yet, it's just sitting in the garage. But i imagine it will make the ride harsher when roads are imperfect.

makes sense.. I did some more searching around, except for 1 guy, everyone else said it was well worth the upgrade on the sways, even on the sport version.

as I know, Impuls are much more harsher then Eibach, though they offer minimal drop available.

a friend of mine took off Impuls to get Eibachs (wanted to drop it more) and now he says his ride is smoother!

That is it exactly. The sway bars act to bind the suspension and on choppy uneven surfaces, the ride can be penal.
