On ebay I only find the rack and pinion for base, journey and awd but none with sport suspension. My car is 2wd sport without active steering. cardom has replacements for those model but for the sport you need to send them the original and they replace the components.
If one of you has better luck to me let me know. The oem is $$ 1,500 and dont want to spend a lot.

You do realize that Sport suspension is totally separate from 4WAS, right? Even though it is true that all cars with 4WAS will have Sport (as required), you can have Sport suspension and NOT have the 4WAS option too. I'm guessing you're having more trouble locating a replacement for the 4WAS optioned cars more so than finding a replacement for a car with just Sport alone. Have you tried parts stores like Napa, Autozone, Advanced Auto, OReilly's etc?

 

^ +1, Heres a good site & let me know how it works out, i might have to pick one up if they give me trouble fixing it under elite warranty due to bigger tires(yes its happened to a few ppl)

Yes. My car is rwd sport model only, not 4WAS.
It is very difficult to find for this combo only.
The ones I found are for base and journey.

^ the link i provided above has a specific one for ur RWD Sports sedan without 4was(last one in the list there) which is a different part number than the one with 4was, if i were u i would shoot them an email to confirm. rockauto should also have just sports, in fact when i look around its harder to find sports with 4was except for the site i posted...

 

oops, my apologies, I read your orignal post wrong. I thought you said WITH active steering.
