Need help! Have AWD G35x and want a staggered setup!

I have a 2007 G35x sedan (V36) and I want to run 18x8.5 front and 18x9.0 or 9.5 rear. I have heard it is possible to do this if you run the same tire size on front and back. Appreciate any feedback!

So you are saying that I can safely do this without messing up my AWD system?

Yep, use a tire calculator to make sure they're the same overall diameter.

I’m unfamiliar with this, how would I do that?

So I will need 245/40 R18 all around. So I will be able to do this without any issues with AWD. Sorry I keep asking this, just want to be completely sure.

Those will work on 9.5" rear wheels, you'll need something much narrower for the 8.5" wide fronts though.

What do you suggest? I found a tire size chart and it said 245s will fit 8.5 wide.
