DIY: Coilover Install
Hi guys just a quick question when you said:
1. Adjust the spring height FIRST.
2. after your spring ride height^ is set, adjust the damper length.
- place car on jack stands
- measure height to bottom of spring cup
- with a floor jack raise the spring cup 10mm (pre-load)
- adjust the damper length to fit this position.
so when you adjust the spring height do you lower the car on ground with or without the damper??
thanks

Just remember to preload it again if you have to do any height adjustments back there.
Why not just go to the appropriate forum section for that car (ie. the V35 first gen sections) and do a simple search there. There's got to be tons of DIY info posted on a 10 year old car.
