Having the same problem as who4ever. Will give the reset procedure a few more try before giving up and going to the dealership. What is MIL in the description btw?

8. Wait 7 seconds, fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it for approx. 20 seconds until the MIL stops blinking and turned ON.

That is good info to know, everytime I clean my throttle body, I leave the harness connected just to avoid doing this procedure. When I get my polish throttle body, I will disconnect the battery first to see what happens. Thanks

who4ever, did the dealership find anything wrong or where they able reset your throttle and everything turned out fine? I have the same problem as your your youtube videos and have tried the reset procedure for 3 hours straight and think I killed my battery.

That's why you should always read DIY throughly and carefully following every single detail, and ask any questions you have in mind before proceeding with a DIY thing.

I really hope you get things solved, btw trying pedal to the metal for a few runs, it fixed mine, as i always get 2k rpm after each time i clean my TB, but it goes after cruising around and got WOT with it.

though im sure it has nothing to do with you gen3, they have the right to tell you that if youre asking them to repair something, just take it off and that way they can fix it and then you can put it back on.

After cleaning your throttle bodies, do you guys experience a solid high idle or idles that go from 2K RPM down to 1k RPM and back up to 2k RPM again and again or something else? Like who4ever youtube (below).

Nope, i never had that, my rpm would stick to 2k rpm and that's it, after driving the car for a while and going WOT, the rpm returns to normal.

Just don't d/c the TB cable or the battery, and you should be fine, i cleaned my TB 2 weeks ago btw, and it was clean, i have Injen CAI.

^ in all honesty we cant really help you other than to tell you to do the procedure again or have someone in your area from the forums try for you like i said before, other than that i think you will have to put in the effort to take off your intake and take your car to the dealer for the reset as they requested.

Sorry guys just got back home after my trip to Dubai.

who4ever, did you just drive it for a long time and it fixed itself? That's strange, I just had to turn the engine on, let it idle and everything would be back to normal.

Yeh
Or me also strange
I believe dealer fix it
Because they did programing for throttle
But they said the can't fix it
When I get the car from dealer , my rpm was up but after driving from abu dhabi to dubai and more (almost 200km) rpm get normal
