Yea I bet there was a loss of power there, but now he has that aggressive intake sound, so his G can suck up Hondas and poop them out the dual exhaust

 

I dont have this Intake on my car. This car is a Show room car, my local dealer has this car!!!

some dudes sellin a buncha these on ebay, for 289 shipped sounds pretty sweet. what's this i hear about the car getting too hot if idled?

I believe there was a comparison b/w "open" aired cone filters vs "housed" air filters like the Stillen and there was no noticeable change in the engine bay temperature. Now as for idling, well I think as soon as you start moving, the hot air will get transfered out of the engine bay, so I wouldnt think there would be a problem. If you think about it, you really "use" the air filter system while you are moving not when you are standing still @ idle.

 

i have the same intake on my 07 and it sounds awesome. just need a better video cam.

 

I am considering buying the stillen intake and having the dealer put it in for me, since I am currently still in the sand box. I hope they want charge me too much to put in. When my wife picks me up from the airport I don't think I will be able to contain myself if it sounds as gooood as people say, that dirve home is going to be sweet!!!

The intakes came out since i have been over here and we can't get streaming video on the computers. So i have no idea how it sounds, I figure what the hay, If I don't like it I'll just through it on ebay.

I also have a really nice camcorder, i will make a video when I get back and post it, I leave early sept.
