I was told the 5AT should hold up fine as long as I don't track the car every weekend. But to make the trans more reliable in the long run, they recommend a valve body upgrade and a trans cooler. Since I won't be tracking my car (more than once ?), there is no rush on the VB upgrade, but I'm probably gonna have them go ahead with the trans cooler.
My priority is on reliability which is why my car will only see 6-8 PSI. Hopefully that will come out to around 400 WHP. You can install a boost controller if you ever want to dial it up a little more, or upgrade to stage 2, 3, or even stage 4 from the start.

Get a trans cooler most definitely, and if I were you, dont hesitate on the vb upgrade or wait, DO IT!!!!!! You're not going to do it now, you're going to do it laaaaaater, you don't have to take word for it

Sam told me it was the same one used in the Titan and FX with changes to ratios.

The VB helps with shifting and not hitting the rev limiter. Do the 07+ sedan autos shift pretty smoothly? They've gotten better from 03-04-05 and up. I haven't seen a FSM to see the part numbers for the transmissions.

Confirmed .. they are reflashing the stock ECU. Trans upgrade will eventually get done.

Than I'd wait on VB until you get it back. Fluid temps are the big thing when banging against the rev limiter is not the highest priority. I'm sure they can do a technosquare L-spec flash to bump the rev limiter and stuff.
