stock exhaust
The only thing I could think of would be to put different mufflers on the thing, but I really wouldn't do that. That's something you see teenagers do to a Civic. If you want it louder save up and get a new cat-back that'll also add some HP
ok seriously. do you have the stock intake on? you could get z-tube and pop charger or z-tube and stillen box and it will make the car a little louder.
If you don't want to do that put some fast intention HFCs on or a full cat-back exhaust.
do everything mentioned above and it'll sound mean as ****.

+1 to the HFCs on the stock exhaust. Google it - several people have done it and you should be able to find a video. Although nothing can be better than hearing it in person.

Muffler swap.
Another option for a "loud when you want it" kinda thing would be an electronic cutout. It bypasses the mufflers with a flip of a switch. It'll be much louder when you want, and stock when you don't. But it'll likely be more raspy.
