well looks a lot more cleaner and more professional than any other stillen intake out to date, the clamps and the wording on it and the maf adapter all look more solid than the predecessors.
personally would not drill or re fabricate anything on the car to put an intake on.

I am wondering why they are holding back on the dyno numbers. My bet is that for the 3.5L, it has modest gains (less than the 3.7L), just like every other intake for our cars. I do like how it looks in the engine bay though with no filter element visible.

Just a custom muffler delete axle-back. Removed the mufflers and fabricated pipes out to the back.

Looks great. Are you concerned about water ingestion from rain or on coming splashs ?

No. It was raining as hard as i can remember here in Cali and I talked to Josh about that, he said that ppl already with the Gen 3's intsalled on G37's had no issues at all. I'm not worried at all.DOMO

It's not a secret or anything, I just wanted our head of R&D to look at the dyno and air/fuel ratios to make sure everything was 100% before I released the dyno sheet, he was out last week.

Dyno was 13hp to the wheels, and we ran the car less than we normally do, we did 3 runs. We've seen with the G37's that they will typically make the most power after about 7 runs with the new intake on, so that may go up a couple of horsepower.

Thanks Alex for the videos and pictures for the guys, and I'm glad you're happy with the intake, thanks for making your car available.

Wow, thats great to here.
I'm not worried about rain, but i am worried about washing the car and have the water go through the grille.

I'm still a little freaked out about buying these.

The same debate went on the G37 boards for a while, but it hasn't been an issue. Now I wouldn't rev the car at 7,000 while you pointed a hose directly on the filter , but anything less than that won't be an issue.
