Josh from Stillen had said we had to wait for the dyno results. I hope they show them soon! BBK and these(if dyno looks good) or F1 and these? tuff question..

They have not posted the dyno results from Heyitsalex's car yet. I think you can infer that it will have different numbers but the curve will be similar to the G37, ie. most hp gain at the highest rpms. Maybe they will be amenable to a group buy special--after all, they had the Gen3 on sale for $425 on Black Friday... now that would be a good deal.

yeah... I hope they do something for us too.
$425? I'm definitely in on a deal like that. I'm not holding my breath though.

There are several dynos from G37 drivers showing very impressive gains. Head over to myg37.com to read up on them.

The main reason why I don't want to look at the G37 Figures is because they're 2 different engines. I'm not sure how similar they are but one is 3.5L while the other is a 3.7L so that alone makes me want to see the actual dyno for the G35 and not base my choice on the G37 dyno. Anyway thanks for the help, I just hope someone can show us the G35 dyno soon as I'm VERY suspicious of the HP gains being claimed (I could be wrong) but I doubt it

If you look at all the intakes for the G35 / G37, you will see that they are all very close, with the G35 versions producing slightly less horsepower across the board (which makes sense considering the engine difference). The point of looking at the G37 version is that it too was met with lots of skepticism due to the fact that none of the other intakes produced anywhere near the same gains. Stillen actually choose two members of the forum and allowed them to install the intake and do independent dynos to back up the HP claims before they were even released. So while the skepticism is understood, anyone that has followed the design / production of these knows these will perform.

So I just washed my car today and it hydrolocked.

Just kidding. Washed it, sprayed the grill, did a full rinse on the car and it runs perfectly fine. So the myth has been debunked!

i think the issue ppl are worried about is the automated carwashes where the car is at idle thus pulling some air through the filters...

There has been no problems with water.. car washes.. rain.. snow.. etc

And I'm pretty sure they turn your car off and put it in neutral while going through the car wash.. but I'm no automated car wash aficionado..

These should be available this week, I apologize for the delay..

No problem.. I haven't had a chance to put everything together.. press release, blog post, internal release, etc which is our process. We have a video crew in tomorrow for a project, but that shouldn't hold things up.

At best tomorrow, at worst a day..
