Just ordered R2C Intake from Andy.
Install was fairly simple. Only problem that I ran into was the rubber tubes in the pictures I posted a couple posts above were a little too long and were making an awkward angle when trying to fit them, I just cut them to the desired length but aside from that everything was straight forward.
I have successfully installed the R2C CAI on my 2007 G35 Sedan and they sound awesome.
Install was pretty straight forward aside from the tube that they include is a little too long so we had to cut that.
I even feel a little more pick up at higher RPM's and no loss anywhere.
Here is the video I created after the install:

^ your car has the vq35DE engine which has ONE throttle body and this specific model is for the vq35HR engine with dual throttle bodies, you need to get the R2C intake system for the DE engines which is just one filter.
yeah, you only need one as opposed to dual. either way, r2c ftw.
so i emailed kyle to get a quote on the intake system.
the intake system looks absolutely awesome with the heat shields and easy install.
my only concern is that the R2C CAI is about $100 more than the JWT pop charger and injen short ram intake, would you say that its worth it? I am mostly going for sound without loss of power on the low end.
has any one had an injen SR intake or JWT pop charger and switched to the R2C? how do they compare?
Thanks for any help!

installed my R2C powerflow yesterday on my 08 G35, also installed the Cobb AP on a stage 1 setting, the car feels so much faster, i have an appt for a custom dyno tune but actually thinking of canceling it. very happy so far no codes either. i have had the K&N typhoon in my last 2 cars and compared to that the R2C is not as loud until you step on it (which is nice because the hiss got annoying )
another thing to note is that my gas mileage went up, i commute 110 miles daily, normally driving 70-75 MPH my G got 24-25 Hwy now its saying I am getting 27-28,
the R2C came nicely packaged and seems top quality...i will get a protune just so I can dyno the car......also put nitrogen in the tires got tired of light always coming on..
