I have never had any other intake for the G but love my R2C so far. I would have no reason to look at anything else. Looks great in the engine bay, has a nice tone to it when you open up the throttle and gives you an extra kick in the butt when you crank it. Very happy with the short term results.

I am very happy though!
Good to hear, thanks

Hopefully it isn't too much less aggressive sounding than the Takeda.

I just want to say..

If anyone has any issues with the intake, parts, etc call R2C directly and they will solve your issue.

I recieved my intake but had issues with it and they went ahead and sent me out a new intake without any hesitation.

Wes, the intakes sounds pretty close to the video. To me it sounded a little louder on that coupe then it does my sedan. That could just be the difference in stock exhaust playing with my head however. I wouldn't mind making a video and posting it up for all off the potential R2C owners however the lack of camera might prevent that from happening.. minor details though.

Bumping an old thread. I'm installing these now and have a question concerning the two hoses on either side. I disconnected both oem boxes but it seems as if the 2 hoses are still too long and don't fit properly. Does anyone have a picture of these installed with the engine cover off? Any info would be appreciated, thanks.
