STS TurboKit UPDATE!!!

Guys,

So I just got off with Freddy from STS and here is the deal. There is a dealership in Florida that is using the 350z universal kit on their sedan. The install is not done and they are having to redo the front of the system to fit our sedans...

Now to the good part.......

Freddy said there has been LITTLE interest from the Sedan crowd in getting a kit produced, but that if I could show him some interest on this forum and get some serious "genuine" interest they could start some R&D for our cars.

Is anyone interested? I saw the other thread and finally decided to give them a call.

Post in here if you would like STS to come out with an affordable turbo option and would like to know more info on the kit.

Thanks guys!

Well to be honest he couldn't really quote me since nothing is in production yet but he said it would be fairly cheaper than anything else out there.

Why not show him what other TT kits are going for, such as GTM's? One would have to imagine the cost would be less.

Interested, but why no TT option? This is only a single turbo rear mount right?

*UPDATED from me*

After reading forum after forum, threads after threads I had finally contacted STS Dealer here in Houston Texas.

The shop here call Turbochargers.com located in Houston, Texas.

I asked him that if they have STS fabrication for my G35 Sedan 2007+ and they said, actually one is on the lift!! I was like NO WAY!! I asked him again, G35 Sedan 2007+?? He said no, it's a Z but its the same.

I asked him (Ed Turbochargers Rep) what does it included and he said he will get back to me when he got everything. He said I should be looking around $7200 dollars included installation/Tuning. No loaner provided by the dealer but he said he can work something out for me since he knows the guy from a loaner shop.

I will keep guys posted when he send me a list of what it included, by the way its not TT because I have decided to go with single large turbo and the rep. from Turbochargers agreed as well.

Ed (rep.) also invited me to his shop on this weekend because that Z is getting a dyno on STS turbo, which would be awesome!! I'll see if I could take some pictures as well.

I'm waiting from his email and once I get it and the price is right and if negotiation went well, there might be STS G Sedan .

Question:

$7200 dollars included kit/installation/tuning is a fair price?
