Question for you.... If you step on the gas and brake at the same time will you be able to peel out continuously or would the computer send a signal and let off the throttle automatically?

I haven't finished reading the thread, but from the first post all I've got to say is $CREW COBB!!!! $CREW COBB!!! $CREW COBB!!!! <--- Excuse my French, but I'm not even going to bother contacting Cobb, the amount of delays we've had I'm not even going to bother with COBB, they've given them selves a bad name (or atleast to me they have)

it'll erode the brake pads faster, but I don't see it messing the brakes up. Also I've tried this and nothing happens, even with VDC switched off, it just bogs down where it is standing.

u have to feather the brakes

do a small role out, jack the brakes hard. as the weight transfers to the front of the car let off the brakes a little and hammer it. the front brakes will hold the car and the back tires will spin.

AKA brake stand.

yes it wears out your back brakes a little, it also bakes ur tires.

its good to do right before you go down the drag strip. it heats up ur drive tires and gets them a little more sticky.

if ur on the brakes too hard it won't work. you have to give it enuf to hold the car. but not too much to let the backs spin.

I completely understand the cocept, but our cars sense when brakes and accelerater are applied. It will not allow the car to rev if it sense the tires are breaking loose thus making the car bog down... Do you own an 07 or 08 G35 sedan? try going on the street, lightly hold the brakes, and stomp on the gas. Tell me what happens.

Is the programmer "married" to your car, or would you be able to put the program to multiple cars without putting the stock tune on your car first?
