I'll be getting the transmission oil cooler %100, but i'll look into getting the engine oil cooler later, since our cars come with OEM one.
Dude, I'm really interested in both the transmission cooler and engine oil cooler so if you go ahead with it please update us with pics and feedback of how everything goes

I'll keep you updated when i get the cooler(s), but i'm not sure about pictures, since it'll be hard to take them without removing the bumber, installing the cooler(s) should be easy since i've done it to 2 of my friends 350z, and they noticed better shifting and shifting response all the time, sometimes when you down/up shift while the transmission oil is hot there well be either some time until you get a response or your car won't be acting like it would be while the transmission oil is hot.
Easy test, start up your car, warm it up and try some WOT from 0-60, after some time you'll notice your car is not like it used to be when it was cold.
I might be getting it in 2 weeks, just waiting to get some cash.

G35s, do you have a GCC spec? check my thread "who else has this on their G?", you might not need to install one of those coolers.

depends. any cooling gains would be minimal if we have a good cooling system.

I vote you be the guinea pig Maz...

I honestly think an aftermarket cooling system on our cars is a waste.

This is because I'm sure the GCC spec cars have a better (bigger) cooling system than the US spec cars.
And since the aftermarket cooling systems made for the G are an upgrade for the US spec cars, they probably aren't much better than cooling systems found in the GCC cars.

If a garage in this part of the world decides to make a cooling system for our cars, then it would be worth the price tag. Just my 2 cents

I'm talking about transmission oil cooler, anyways a friend of mine got an Evo, and we all know that they come with a big OEM engine oil cooler, anyways he swapped the OEM engine oil cooler for an after market oil cooler, the result was 11c to 13c tempreture drop, and thats just for swapping the OEM with an after market, so what well happen if you add another cooler to the existing one?? how much temp. drop you'll get?
One more thing, on my 6MT C6 Corvette (with Z51 package) which got a built in engine oil cooler AND transmission oil cooler built into the stock radiator, so i went to Chevrolet dealer and bought Z06 engine oil cooler and installed it, i got more than 20c drop in engine oil temp.
The bottom line is, no matter how small the thing is and you would say it won't affect anything, it turns out to have more than meets the eye.

I'll say it's my 3 cents .

Yeah but in both cases you're talking about, the cars have a benefit over our cars.

1) The Evo is a car which is known to be highly modded and tuned, hence there is a numerous amount of cooling systems available for it and a lot of these cooling systems are made for built motors that are under stress due to aggressive tuning.

2) The cooling system you put on the C6 was taken from the Z06, which means it's a compatible cooling system from a much larger and more powerful engine. Plus if the cooling system on Corvettes in this part of the world are larger than those found in the states, that would mean the Z06 system is larger than usual, which means an aftermarket US system may or may not be a downgrade. But I think the cooling systems in Chevy's and other American cars are the same as US spec cars.

The GCC spec G35 has a significantly larger cooling system than the US spec cars, this means that aftermarket systems for our cars would probably show very little gain since they are made to improve cooling systems on US cars (or JDM cars).
And we don't have a large number of systems available to us anyways, let alone any for highly tuned built motors...

There's a nickel for ya
